Mick Jagger was seen dancing all over a stage recently, at 81 years old.

On our stage we have Dan Buettner of Blue Zones, a recent Netflix Special and client of Capsule paired with Scott Lien of GrandPad and formerly Best Buy.

The design of a life is an interesting thing to consider. We have choices we can make today on how we live a vibrant and long life. While we don’t have Mick Jagger on stage, we do have two intellectual leaders who will share their views on the design of a life well lived.

One: What does it take to age with grace and enjoy the larger numbers of life?

Two: What are some of the patterns that exist in the world, Blue Zones, where we can learn from those who have achieved the 100+ threshold?
