Rebranding to champion growth, clarity, and numeracy for all

The Challenge

The US Math Recovery Council came to Capsule with a thoughtful question and a sense of curiosity: Is our brand still serving who we are and where we’re going?

For decades, USMRC has supported K–8 numeracy through evidence-based implementation, intervention, and instruction—working directly in classrooms and small groups, partnering with districts through professional education, tutoring, and consulting, and grounding everything they do in research-backed outcomes. Their impact was clear and ambition was growing.

But their name and fragmented offerings no longer reflected the full scope of work or future vision. Their curiosity opened the door to a deeply collaborative, highly transformational end-to-end rebrand.

The Solution

Capsule partnered closely with leadership to build clarity from the inside out, creating a brand foundation strong enough to support long-term growth across multiple audiences and touchpoints. Through a new name, brand identity, and experience, Integrow offers a more integrated, future-ready way to engage with educators, districts, and communities.

Naming the next chapter

We created a new, distinctly ownable and inspired name—Integrow Numeracy Solutions—that brings together the integral nature of mathematics and growth experienced by teachers, students, and school systems alike.

The name reflects both rigor and optimism, grounding Integrow in outcomes while signaling forward momentum and possibility. 

Modern, inviting, and built as a system

We developed a flexible brand identity designed to meet educators where they are.

At the heart of the system is a dandelion-inspired mark: a symbol of resilience, community, and the spread of ideas. 

The supporting system elements work together to create an identity that feels bright, contemporary, and confident.

Clear, connected sub-branding

A color-coded sub-brand system helps educators quickly navigate offerings while reinforcing that Integrow is the overarching organization behind it all. Programs educators love now live within a coherent whole.

Messaging for unique audiences

An audience-tailored messaging strategy gave Integrow flexible headlines and frameworks that adapt to teachers, families, administrators, and district leaders with unique needs. The brand narrative allows Integrow to promote the passion and metrics behind numeracy for all.

Reimagining the website from the user’s perspective

Capsule redesigned Integrow’s entire website UX/UI, introducing a clearer navigation strategy,  blog and content integration, and flexible, user-centered pathways. Whether a visitor is looking for their next workshop or encountering Integrow for the first time, the experience meets them where they are.

A robust iconography and illustration library plays a critical role, guiding navigation and bringing their story and impact to life.

A rollout from launch strategy to lived experience

To support rollout, Capsule partnered with Integrow on internal and external communications, design, and strategy, creating a robust suite of assets and moments to celebrate, including:

•  Swag and environmental graphics

•  Presentation and social templates

•  Product packaging, games, workbooks, and activity artifacts

•  Brand stationery and letterhead design

Every touchpoint reflects the passion of the Integrow team, and adds more joy and energy to the learning experience itself.

The Impact
