Ted Rubin is the most influential CMO on Twitter. Ted’s book “Return on Relationship” distills down to a hashtag #RonR and has shown many how to build an engaged community centered on two important subjects: reputations and relationships. As you might imagine we were as excited as a junior physicist meeting Isaac Newton when we learned Ted would review our book. He provided a fantastic view from atop his lighthouse looking out over the ocean of marketing content and thinking.
