Joe Pine and Maureen Bausch
July 16, 9:00 EST / 8:00 CST
About the Speakers
Oh, boy here we go, another pair of speakers where we’ll have a backlog of fangirls and fanboys knocking on the Think & Link door. Joe Pine and his co-author Joseph Gilmore wrote the book that started it all, The Experience Economy. It was one of the books that inspired Aaron Keller and Brian Adducci to start Capsule in the first place. And, Maureen Bausch is the most known for leading the Minnesota Super Bowl experience, but has also led the Mall of America, an experience visited by guests from around the world. If we could guess, there will likely be some talk about experience design on this one.
And, if that isn’t enough for you, we have a special guest host returning to the Capsule from a land far far away -- Brooklyn Park. If you can guess who it will be, send a message ahead of time and we’ll send you the very special gift of … nice thoughts.
About Think & Link
We will again be discussing the topics of the week sparked by questions from my co-host and myself, Aaron Keller. We invented Think & Link during the last recession and have gratefully kept it going as a monthly event for a decade. As we all face these strange times, our team looks to do what we can do to help connect our friends and nourish their intellectual curiosity.
Think & Link; Pants Optional, is our way of giving something to our community as we seek new opportunities, friendships and professions. And, we’re a curious crew here at Capsule, so we’re always looking to learn from our significant network of thinkers and doers.
Our format is a 30 minute Q&A discussion hosted by [insert special guest host name here] and Aaron Keller, of Capsule followed by a small group discussion where you’ll be able to meet and discuss the topic of the day for 25 minutes.
