Todd Allard and Jeremy Ericson
Think & Link, Brand New World : February 18th, 9:00 am Pacific / 11:00 central
About the Speakers
It is a reunion.
Todd Allard and Jeremy Ericson are back together again. In the high school yearbook of life these two characters were voted most likely to work together, find their way to leadership positions and push the boundaries of their respective organizations. These two have fulfilled all the promises made in the margins of their respective yearbooks
We’ve had the good fortune at Capsule to work with both of them together and then separately.
Together, we rebranded a tarnished education institution, (a name we shall not mention) to what it is now, Altierus Career College. Todd left for larger aspirations and more challenging brand efforts, a rebrand of Lumber Liquidators. An organization no longer in business of lumber or liquidation. The new brand, LL Flooring, which you can find here, was an epic effort, comparable to getting a boardroom of executives to climb Mt Everest together.
Jeremy remained at Minneapolis-based, ECMC Education, but never to be outdone by a friend and colleague, he took on one of the largest challenges we have as a society; the middle skills trades gap. Yes, Jeremy, perhaps inspired by the size of the challenge, continued on the journey to not only transform a brand but the industry of career & technical education at large. The work, brought to life by Jeremy and his colleagues at ECMC Education, has been preserved in a convenient capsule or case study here. And you’ll see that keeping students learning in a hands-on capacity during COVID-19 was no small feat!
About Think & Link
As we all face these amazing times, our team looks to do what we can do to help connect our friends and nourish their intellectual curiosity. We will start by discussing the topics of the week sparked by questions from our co-hosts Kelly Leighton and Aaron Keller. And, then we’ll take questions from the audience.
Think & Link; Brand New World, is our way of giving something to our community as we all seek new opportunities, friendships and professions. And, we’re a curious crew here at Capsule, so we’re always looking to learn from our significant network of thinkers and doers.
Our format is a 60 minute Q&A discussion hosted by Kelly Leighton and Aaron Keller, of Capsule with questions from our audience sprinkled into the conversation.
All we ask is you refer a friend, guest speaker or client someday in the future.
