We have Gail Grimmett, Sr Vice President at Delta Airlines and the Chief Experience Officer at Wheels Up. She will be on the stage with Eric Bruce the Head of Visitor Experience at the National Gallery of Art. And, if that isn’t interesting enough, Eric is the origin of this amusing little parenting meme on The Today Show.
