Inside the Capsule: Intern Spotlight

Meet Elias Ramos, our first featured summer intern. Eli comes to Capsule from Hays, Kansas. As he says, “a place known for being unknown.” Eli will spend the next three months as a Design Intern and we are looking forward to getting to know him better.

When did you know you wanted to be a designer?
I knew I wanted to be a designer back in high school when I decided that I wanted to live a creative life.

What do you bring to the team?
I love conceptual thinking. It makes design and any creative choices more dynamic and interesting. He claims to do his best thinking in the middle of the night, when no one is looking.

How's it going so far?
It’s been great, I love how welcoming everyone is and how I am part of a team that actually gets to design.

We are foodies around here. Do you have a favorite type of food, menu item, or restaurant?
Tacos are the key to my heart.

What is the first word that came to mind when asked what do you think about Capsule?
Ideas.

Favorite social media platform?
I’m all about Instagram. @elidaboat. Boom. Done.
