The human body, in response to a virus, provides a great metaphor for what transformation agents do when they enter an organization. The organization heats up, changes its nature and direction, then rejects the original agent. The creativity, leadership style and intellectual tenacity of these agents is an important part of their ability to incite change. And, these agents are very rare in culture and therefore we are very proud to have two of them together on the stage for December.
