Tom Goodwin and Marisa Thalberg
Think & Link: December 14th, 9:00 am Pacific / 11:00 Central
The human body, in response to a virus, provides a great metaphor for what transformation agents do when they enter an organization. The organization heats up, changes its nature and direction, then rejects the original agent. The creativity, leadership style and intellectual tenacity of these agents is an important part of their ability to incite change. And, these agents are very rare in culture and therefore we are very proud to have two of them together on the stage for December.
If you’re looking to learn about commerce driven creativity, transformational leadership and what it takes to be an agent of change in an organism looking to reject you, this is your conversation. We have Tom Goodwin, former head of Futures & Insights at Publicis and author of Digital Darwinism. He is paired with Marisa Thalberg, former EVP of brand and marketing at Lowes and chief brand officer at Taco Bell.
We are finishing the 2022 year with a big dose of change, for a better 2023.
