Erik has over 15 years experience of helping people unlock their potential and reach previously believed unattainable goals. Erik is partner with Activ8, a consulting company that helps individuals, teams and organizations channel their intent into purposeful powerful action. Over his career Erik has worked with thousands of people all over the world to help unlock their potential. After a 15-year career as a real estate entrepreneur, Erik committed himself to helping others achieve high performance. Erik has worked extensively in multi-national, multi-cultural settings. Erik grew up on the international Alpine Ski Racing circuit where he learned the value of taking action within fear and to experience the exhilaration that waits on the other side. He studied – and skied – at St. Olaf College. Erik continues to pursue various outdoor adventures.
