Think & Link, Brand New World
Think & Link, Brand New World : June 3rd, 9:00 am Pacific / 11:00 central
What do Delta Airlines and the National Gallery of Art have to do with each other? For this one, we’ll give you the first answer, they are both designed experiences.
We have Gail Grimmett, Sr Vice President at Delta Airlines and the Chief Experience Officer at Wheels Up. She will be on the stage with Eric Bruce the Head of Visitor Experience at the National Gallery of Art. And, if that isn’t interesting enough, Eric is the origin of this amusing little parenting meme on The Today Show.
If you’re not sure what a “designed experience” is, this will be a good one to attend. If you’re looking for a bit of inspiration to improve your experience design effort, this will also serve you well.

Think & Link, Brand New World, is our way of giving something to our community as we all seek new opportunities, friendships and professions. And, we’re a curious crew here at Capsule, so we’re always looking to learn from our significant network of thinkers and doers.
Our format is a 60 minute Q&A discussion hosted by Kelly Leighton and Aaron Keller of Capsule with questions from our audience sprinkled into the conversation.
All we ask in return is you refer a friend or potential client to Capsule someday in the future.
These events are sponsored by Capsule, a special projects firm in Minneapolis and Denamico, a HubSpot implementation partner helping marketing and sales teams design highly effective inbound marketing programs.
