What brings you to Capsule?

The last 10 years of my career I’ve worked for in-house design teams, and as fun as that was, I always wondered what agency life would be! I’m excited for the variety and new experience.

Tell us about how you became interested in design!

Growing up, I would always cut out cool typography or fun pictures from magazines and “design” the front of my notebooks. I didn’t really know at the time that could turn into a career but in college after disliking my original major, I took a few art classes and fell in love with design. Best decision I’ve ever made!

What experiences do you bring to Capsule?

Social content creation, photography, food styling, package design and branding.

What’s the most awkward movie you’ve ever seen with your parents?

"Titanic", when I was 10.

On a scale of Jingle All the Way to Fargo, how Minnesotan is your accent?

Ope, probably nort fargo doncha know!
