February Think & Link: Erik Gabrielson, Partner at Activ8
Our world today is less stable, less certain, and more chaotic, than at any time in history. Change is happening at an unprecedented rate. The centers of power in the business world are in flux. New competitors appear seemingly out of nowhere with technologies and capabilities that we had not predicted. Traditional business structures and cultures are struggling in the new world. Leaders are scrambling to discover new approaches to structure and culture that provide them the competitive advantage to survive and thrive.
These challenges, while daunting, also present unprecedented opportunities. Learning fast and collaborating at high levels is more important than ever to grow and adapt. We will explore tools to increase your own capability to collaborate and overcome barriers to accelerate your speed of learning.
Join us Thursday, February 18th at 7:30 a.m. at Capsule Café for a continental breakfast among connections new and old.
